Local Accommodation - Medieval House (18 persons)

Our Medieval House dates back to the sixteenth century, having a unique and restored structure. When you enter the environment you already feel transported to the years when the Socialite Ladies dressed in Romance clothes, puffed dresses and other period things. In this accommodation it is possible to have an experience different from modern hotels and with a breakfast filled with regional delicacies. It is equipped with a private and well-assembled kitchen, has 6 bedrooms where 5 are suites, fireplaces and antique-style décor. It has personalized and differentiated service from camping and local accommodation accommodations.

Large leisure area with swimming pool

Heat? No problem! We have a magnificent pool to cool off even the hottest days with fresh, clean water! We have strict control of our pool for total comfort, safety and ensure the enjoyment of all our visitors. The depth in the deepest part is 2.40 meters and in the lowest part it is 1.30 meters, with the size of 12 meters x 6 meters and all the privileged solar layout for a good tan.

Medieval Tavern

It's intriguing to walk into a place that redates the sets of taverns in the movies and be able to enjoy that unique feeling. Here you can have your meals while admiring every bit of time telling its story.

In this space, the old kitchen was used, keeping the wood-fired bread oven and a fountain, thus serving as a dining room, with a maximum limit of 54 seats.

The usefulness of this space is endless and suits the needs of our visitors.

INNOVATIVE Sports Activity in the Country! Mud Soccer!

Who hasn't fallen into the mud and wanted to go to war afterwards? Of course, our moms go crazy with the dirt on their clothes, but here it's freedom to have fun! The activity consists of a football field marked on top of a FULLY SOAKED field and holds teams on each side up to 8 players. (8 vs. 8). The recommendation for this activity is to bring an appropriate swimsuit and T-shirt that can get dirty without too many problems. We guarantee 3 things in this sport: laughter, slips and the attempt to score goals!

INNOVATIVE Sports Activity! PAINTBALL

For those with a taste for strategy, adrenaline in the style of "freefire" and "Counter Strike" of modern games, why not have fun in our Paintball field and still rely on nature to make your camouflages?

Minimum requirement is 10 players. We provide markers that are safe to all participants, vest, protective mask and paint marker balls.

We recommend wearing thick clothing such as jeans and a long-sleeved T-shirt

Games Room, Laboratory and Auditorium

Do you like an environment with less adrenaline, that awakens the intellect and develops the strategic sense? We have our games room with various activities and which also has a laboratory for use to teach ecology and environmental awareness.

In the laboratory we have microscopes, magnifying glasses and some analytical devices (olive oil, wine, water, soil...), analysis of plant and animal structures, explanations of the importance of their interactions in the ecosystem, influence of climate change and much more.

In the Auditorium, lectures and other audiovisual activities can be held, in addition to the space being of a multipurpose use.

Ecological Walk

Come and have the enchantment of a guided walk along our trails to unravel the mysteries, learn a little more about ecology, balance and be fascinated by the countless millennial trees and ancient structures that are found on our property. If you find a fruit and want to pick it to enjoy, it's okay to do so during the tour.

There is also the possibility of meeting the animals of the region and learning more about the native fauna and flora, as well as techniques on how to assist in preservation and conservation.

This activity is very healthy and the only contraindication is not to miss out on this incredible experience.

Skill Activity - CRICKET!

Cricket is a sport that uses ball and bats, whose origin dates back to the south of England, during the year 1566. Considered by many to be a sport similar to baseball, it was inspired by a rudimentary medieval country game called stoolball. It was adopted by the nobility in the 17th century and has undergone many transformations over the years until it has become a much-admired sport in the United Kingdom, India and Pakistan.

In Brazil, many people are familiar with the game of bat or bete, which is inspired by cricket.

Each team is made up of up to 11 players, with a maximum of 22 players on the field. Have you ever played something like this or would you like to give it a try? Be sure to get your team together and have fun challenging your skills in this exciting and historic activity.

Tightrope (Slackline)

Slackline is also known as tightrope and its meaning is loose line and is often compared to steel cable by circus artists.

Slacklining is a physical activity performed on a narrow and flexible nylon or polyester tape, attached to two fixed points, where movements are performed on top of it, these movements can be static or dynamic.

It is considered a complete sport, as it combines physical endurance, body awareness and concentration.In addition, its practice contributes to the improvement of other sports such as running, climbing, skateboarding and surfing.

Activity in our space is carried out on top of a strip 30 cm from the ground and of course, being able to give that different emotion to those who like to swing and take risks.

Industrial Kitchen Equipped for Events

We have a place to hold your events with an industrial kitchen with space to accommodate your needs and easy access to the structures to sit at the table and taste all the delicacies and delicacies manufactured!

The kitchen, in addition to its own space, includes a pantry.

It is equipped with four stalls (dirty pantry, clean pantry, vegetable preparation and hand wash), refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven.

Accommodation Dormitories and Outdoor Area

We have Accommodation Space for events, Summer Camp and other various activities.

And for those who prefer something more differentiated from reinforced concrete and being more outdoors, we have space for you to set up camp and pitch tents. The outdoor space has fantastic scenery and can have many interesting uses!

The Accommodation Dormitories can accommodate up to 41 people and the outdoor space is according to the availability and interest of those who want to use an event tent or tent.

Contact with our animals and Donkey Ride

For pedagogical understanding with our children and visitors, we understand that contact with animals is of great importance for the respect of Nature, Fauna and Flora in an ecosystem.

We have in our space Horse (Mare) and Donkeys that are used in walks inside and/or outside the farm upon consultation, Goats, Ducks, Geese, Garninzés, Portuguese Pedrês Chickens, Rabbits and many others. They are enchanting and for some, the experience is therapeutic.

Development of ecological awareness projects: Organic Garden

As we are committed to nature, biology, ecology, sustainability and responsibility for life, we have developed our Biological Garden so that our children and visitors learn the importance of soil and water conservation and how the use of chemicals affects the biology of the environment and those who consume them, how food is produced organically and experience through this contact and understand the entire planting process, cultivation and acquire ecological awareness of the nature of each vegetable.

It is a very delightful and enjoyable visit. Who doesn't like to take a food harvested directly, such as an orange for example, and eat it without worrying about harmful health agents?

Activity: Night of the Stars

On days when the nights have clear skies, you can observe from Quinta de Paredes, the night mantle with the bright light of the stars and planets.

On these nights, with the support of telescopes and binoculars, it is possible to observe in detail the craters of the Moon, the atmosphere and moons of Jupiter, the rings of Saturn and various nebulae and star clusters of our galaxy, the Milky Way.

But we can still go further by observing the Andromeda or Trapezoid galaxy, belonging to the local group of galaxies

In this activity we have the participation of a professional astronomer who has not only the knowledge, but the appropriate equipment to take us on this exciting journey through the universe.

You can also take your photo of the Moon and the Planets and take it back as a souvenir.

Pedagogical Activity - Manufacture of Homemade Corn Bread from Minho

Who doesn't love a nice fresh, homemade bread that's still baked in a wood-fired oven? In this delicious activity, our children learn how to make the famous Homemade Corn Bread from Minho.

To do this, we recommend wearing clothes that can get dirty.
